-Returns are not accepted except in cases where an incorrect item has been shipped. Please note that colors and textures may appear different depending on your computer or device, but each item is handmade and one of a kind.

-For items with initial defects, damage, incorrect shipments, or in cases of returns or exchanges requested by the customer, items must be unused and in their original condition as at the time of purchase.

-Please note that sale items and some specific products may not be eligible for returns or exchanges. For details, please refer to the information on each product page.

-Regarding shipping costs for returns and exchanges, we will cover the shipping fees only in cases of initial defects, damage, or incorrect delivery. For all other cases, the shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer. Thank you for your understanding.

-To process a return or exchange, please use the inquiry form specified by our brand. We will provide the return address and other details once your request has been received.

-For returning items, please ensure they are appropriately packaged to avoid any damage during transit. After the item arrives, we will conduct an inspection, and if there are no issues, we will proceed with the refund.

-In the case of exchanges, depending on the availability of the item, there may be a delay in the delivery. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

Orders placed on our website will usually be shipped within three business days of order confirmation. For deliveries within the UK, the estimated arrival time is 2-4 days, while international deliveries typically take between 3-17 days. If your order does not arrive within this timeframe, please contact us promptly, and we will investigate the issue immediately. We use Royal Mail for shipping, and the courier is designated by our website. You can track your order on the courier's website. Please note that if a re-delivery is required due to refusal of the package or similar circumstances, additional shipping fees may apply.

Please care for ceramic items by handwashing them rather than using a dishwasher. Depending on the glaze, dishes may absorb stains if liquids or food are left on them for extended periods, so we recommend avoiding this. As these items are handmade ceramics, please avoid using them in the microwave and handle them with care. All dishware items are made with food-safe glazes. However, for items like vases and Yaeh ceramics, decorative glazes are used, so please refrain from using these as tableware.
